Choose from over 30 sessions a week, mornings or evenings.

Where is your private gym?

Our gym is based on Lister Close, Newnham Industrial Estate, Plympton, PL7 4BA, see here.

When can I start?

Once you've completed payment and you can book your welcome session.

How much is the 6 week challenge?

The challenge is £299 £269 – this includes 18 small group personal training sessions, a dedicated personal coach, a goal-specific training programme, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins and guaranteed results. No hidden costs or extras.

When are the sessions?

We have sessions available every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday morning (between 6.30am, 7.15am, 8am, 9.15am) and evening (4.45pm, 5.30pm, 6.15pm), as well as Friday mornings. You can come to whichever sessions suit you best. Every session is 45 minutes.

How long are the sessions?

All small group personal training sessions are 45 minutes long.

Are the session times and days flexible?

Yes - you can book sessions around your schedule and they can change week to week if needed, unlike 1:1 PT where you have a fixed slot each week.

What if I have injuries?

Your coach will adjust everything to suit you, safely and confidently.

Do I need to be fit?

No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.

How does the split payment work?

Two simple instalments, one on the day you secure your place and the other 30 days later. No fees.

What happens after the challenge?

It's completely your choice – you can become a full member and choose one of our memberships that fits your lifestyle and goals or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings.

Is there parking available?

Yes - there is plenty of free parking available right outside of the gym.

Am I tied into a contract?

No - the payment for the challenge is a one off. There are no joining fees or subscriptions and no additional costs.
