FAQs

Where is your gym and is there parking?

Our gym is based on Lister Close, Newnham Industrial Estate, Plympton, PL7 4BA, see here. We have plenty of free parking spaces.

When can I start?

Once you've completed payment and you can book your intro session to start.

How much is the challenge?

The challenge is £329 £279 – this includes 18 small group personal training sessions, a dedicated personal coach, Inbody composition scans, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins and guaranteed results. No hidden costs or extras.

What times are the PT sessions?

We have sessions available every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday morning (between 6.30am, 7.15am, 8am, 9.15am) and evening (4.45pm, 5.30pm, 6.15pm), as well as Friday mornings. You can come to whichever sessions suit you best. Every session is 45 minutes.

What happens after the challenge?

It's completely your choice – you can become a full member and choose one of our memberships that fits your lifestyle and goals or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings.

Are the session times and day flexible?

Yes - you can book sessions around your schedule and they can change week to week if needed, unlike 1:1 PT where you have a fixed slot each week.
