WHERE IS YOUR GYM?
Our gym is based on Lister Close, Newnham Industrial Estate, Plympton, PL7 4BA, see here.
WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
We have sessions available every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday morning (between 6.30am, 7.15am, 8am, 9.15am) and evening (4pm, 4.45pm, 5.30pm, 6.15pm), as well as Friday mornings. You can come to whichever sessions suit you best. Every session is 45 minutes.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
The 6 Week Challenge is £299 £247 – that includes everything, no additional costs or hidden extras.
WHEN CAN I START?
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start right away.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT?
No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
It's your choice – you can become a full member or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings.
